How can I place my order?
You can simply place an order online via our website and proceed with the following below.

1. Click on the "Add to cart" button of your desired product. Choose your desired quantity for your product when applicable.

2. After adding the item, it will redirect you to the shopping cart page whereby you can see your item in the shopping cart. Instructions are available on the page if you need to change qty etc.

3. After selecting all the items that you want to buy from Arden , click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

4. Next, input your details. Type in the address that you want Arden to deliver to, and fill in all the fields available. *Impt: Please use a valid email address, if not your submitted order cannot be received.

5. Select your preferred mode of payment and shipping.

6. Please check if all the information/items ordered is accurate before finalizing your order.

7. Click "Place Order " button to check out order.

8. After you have successfully placed your order, you will see a "Thank You" page , together with an order number indicated on it.
You will then receive an order confirmation message shortly after you have submitted your order, via email.
This is a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed.

That's all. Arden will be contacting you in due time to confirm your delivery slot for Singapore customers. For international customers shipping will be by UPS. Thank you for shopping with us.


What happens if I do not receive an order confirmation via email or phone call?

You can either contact us via email at sales@ardenmktg.com.sg or by phone: 65-62711860 during our operating hours to ensure that your order is being processed. You may also like to check your bulk / junk mail folder to ensure that the confirmation is not being auto-filtered as junk mail.


How do I know if the product is in stock?

Orders that are available for immediate shipping are labeled IN STOCK. Please be aware that some items are available on bulk order basis only.


Does Arden take international orders?

Yes. Arden does accept orders that will bill and ship Internationally. We do cater to both consumers and business needs as well.

If your order requires verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is important that you provide both your daytime and evening phone numbers.

Arden reserves the right to refuse any order where the address or cannot be verified.


Will there be fees due upon delivery of international orders?

There may be additional charges due at the time of delivery for your international order. These may include brokerage fees, duty fees, customs fees, international tariff fees, and other fees that may be specifically related to your country.

Arden is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur as these are not related to our company or the shipping of your order from our company. The amount of these fees will be determined upon many factors such as the selected carrier, item value, and import country. How long will it take for International Orders to be Shipped ?

Due to time difference, International Orders will be processed within 24 hours of the order received.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, this is possible as long as your order has not been delivered
If your order is already on its way to be delivered, there will be a delivery surcharge of S$8.00 for re-delivering to the new destination.


Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you may cancel your order but your request has to be made at least 24 working hours before the requested day of delivery.

Currently we provide bank transfer for Singapore ONLY.

For bank transfer, orders will be processed and delivered ONLY when money has been cleared.

International orders are paid through online credit card payment by VISA, Mastercard or American Express via Paypal and for Bulk orders, T/T is the preferred payment.
