Delivery within Singapore is free for all items with a minimum order of SGD$50.

For free delivery service, items will shipped through postage. Shipping & Handling charges will be borne by us.

Item Weight refers to total weight of all items. Eg: If you order 5 items and the total weight is less than 0.5kg , then shipping and handling charges of SGD$1.00 will be added to the total price.
 

Once the order has been processed, we will contact the customer by phone/sms  to inform them that the items have been dropped.

Local Postage
Items will be considered delivered once the shipment has been dropped.
Packaging Materials will be provided by us.

 

International Customers
Shipping overseas will be done through UPS. The cost of shipping will be calculated at the end of the checkout page.

 

Return Policy  

Products will only be exchangeable if the items are still in resaleable condition with all packaging and acessories intact and the following conditions below met.
 

1. Items are not as described.
2. Item damaged in delivery and there is no stock for replacement.
 

 Transportation cost of return and exchange products will be borne by the customer.
 

Any other form of returns will be considered on a case by case basis, usually in a form of discounted buy backs.
